New day new start

Its diffucult to be on diet all the times and control the smount of food which you eating.. Some days i allowed to myself to eat whatever i like!
Last night for example i had cheese and buscuits with a glass of wine..

So today i have to back to normal and eat just healthy stuff! Will start from breakfast and a portion of blueberry porrige this morning..
